Today it’s October 1st and National Yoga Month is officially over. There were times I felt like I didn’t have time, didn’t have a “great practice,” and was tired.  So why was I doing this?

Committing to this challenge was like giving myself permission to take time for me each day. I didn’t have to feel bad about not getting as much work done or taking a break in the middle of the day, or being “perfect” on my mat. It was just something I did because I want and need yoga in my life.

So many people say “well life gets in the way.” Well guess what, THIS IS YOUR LIFE, right here right now.  To do lists, dirty dishes, commuting….what you do consistently is what makes your life! So what is your life right now?  If you want your life to be filled with pleasure, laughter and joy, then that’s what you have to put into your everyday.

Life can’t get in the way of your life.

So what do you want in your life?  How can you do that consistently? And who is involved?

I shared with you my challenge because I couldn’t do it alone.  You supported me, held me accountable, and because of that, I reached my goal.  So not only do you have to think about AND do what you want in your life, but you have to involve others!  Please share below!
